Country-wide programme for peace promotion co-financed by the EU in conflict regions with national components. The main activities of the program were executed by Non-State Actors and Local Authorities through Calls for Proposals on the topics of Human Rights, Governance and Sustainable productive development. Program was co-ordinated by the Colombian Government and by local NGO’s within a Peace and Development network. Executors were among others, peasant and fishermen’s associations, women organizations, youth groups, the Afro-Colombian movement, as well as district and province governments, municipalities, schools and education networks, and indigenous territories. LASO provided expertise in Human Rights and Governance for the Final Evaluation of the III Peace Laboratory (2012).
